  • 4-day course in Vedic meditation (group course format, max. 8 participants per group)

  • Onsite or offsite options

  • Weekly onsite group meditation during business hours

  • Bi-annual individual mentoring for course participants
    (45 minutes)

Onsite Intro Talks

If you would like to introduce your employees to Vedic meditation, contact Tanya to organise an onsite Introductory talk (hybrid format). At lunchtime, or at a time that suits your organisation Tanya will give a short presentation about the impact of stress on our lives, and how meditation can help to ease it, outline the course structure and answer any questions. At the end of the talk employees can make an informed decision about whether they would like to pursue the course personally.
